Super fudgy and delicious :)
1 1/2 cups of walnuts
1/4 cup of cocoa powder
1/4 tsp fine sea salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 Tbsp water
1 cup of dates or 10 medjool dates
1. Grind the walnuts in the vitamix until they are ground into a fine meal
2. Add remainder ingredients to the vitamix and mix until they are all nicely blended together and a sticky batter is formed
3. Remove the batter from the vitamix and scoop out about a tablespoon of batter at a time and form small balls with the palm of your hands
4. Place balls onto parchment paper and freeze or refrigerate.
5. Let them freeze and enjoy
